How it all started...

A broken window crank!  

The handle to crank a bathroom window open and closed fell apart into pieces at my mothers home. After calls to several local window install companies, no one was willing to send a tech out to look at the handle unless there were three or more issues to address.  Ready to give up my mother was considering breaking two windows.  

I thought there had to be a part out there we could buy online (all the big name stores searched to no avail) and fix this ourselves.

Took us 15 minutes, maybe less, start to finish to replace! 

He has a background in handyman things and I have the office part! 

And we were off.....
