How it all started...

A broken window crank!  

An inner part to a window hand crank had stripped causing the handle to fall apart into pieces at my mothers home.  After several calls to local window companies, no one was willing to send a tech out to assess the situation unless there were three or more issues to address.  Ready to give up, my mother was considering breaking two windows.  

We offered to give the fix a go ourselves.  After finding the correct part online...it only took him 15 minutes, maybe less, start to finish to replace! 

Then we thought with his background in handyman services and my office experience! 

We were off.....
